Dr. Uslu has Computer Education and Instructional Technologies B.S. degree from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 2003. He has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Curriculum and Instruction. He has studied as computer teacher between 2003 and 2015. During this period he studied as instructor for many professional development courses related to technology integration. He has been studying as professor in Faculty of Education at Ege University since 2015.
